Hatefest 2009 – Get your hate in for Mid-Majors

July 10, 2009

We’ve told you, it’s ok to hate on the little guy. Our hatred of little guys includes JMU, Temple, and ECU. The fun starts on Monday for these kids, so get your stories in.

Remember that time you cried yourself to sleep when we lost to Temple?

Remember that time you cried yourself to sleep when we lost to ECU?

Remember that time you went to JMU and couldn’t find a girl to sleep with you?

All seemingly impossible events that came to fruition.

Also seemingly impossible? The Northerner finding someone to talk to him for more than an hour, let alone someone to spend the rest of their lives with him. But sure enough, The N is getting hitched this weekend.

I would like to personally thank him for having his wedding on a weekend completely devoid of sports, as well has having an open bar. Devastating pictures will surely follow.

Enjoy the weekend everybody.

One less fish in the sea

Danica McKellar has recently gotten married. According to E! Online:

Actress-turned-mathlete Danica McKellar tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, composer Mike Verta, in La Jolla, Calif., Sunday in a sunset, oceanside ceremony

Who is Danica McKellar you ask? It is none other than Winnie Cooper from the Wonder Years (#4 seed in the Gumshoe Region…vote here). So for all of you still holding out for your first ever crush, you’re SOL. Go find someone else. I’m looking at you CGally.

Tom and Gisele get hitched

February 27, 2009

Rumor on the street is that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen tied the knot in Santa Monica yesterday.

According to, it was a small ceremony with friends and immediate family attending including Gisele’s three dogs and Tom’s son, all decked out in Dolce and Gabbana, including the dogs.

The NFL better watch out this year, because it looks like Tommy Brades in on top of his game. And now that he’s locked up the highest paid supermodel in the world, he’s got nothing else to reach for except Superbowl titles. That’s called focus, my friends.
